Made with hand-stretched dough fermented for 48 hours, La Féta is baked in our stone oven at over 400°C until the crust is perfectly puffed and charred. Topped with Fior di Latte mozzarella, roasted eggplant, sun-dried tomatoes, tangy feta cheese, and Kalamata olives — it’s finished with fresh basil and olive oil for a fresh, bold, and slightly briny bite.
